Time & Knowledge's Managing Director, Jane Lowther, created and launched the first lifestyle management telephone and internet based service centre in 1999, which immediately opened up the industry making it more accessible and affordable - no longer a luxury. This business model has been adopted by many other UK concierge companies, and even now, Jane and her team are pioneering and leading the way in the lifestyle management industry with inventive new products and tailored solutions.The team at Time and Knowledge have a combined experience of 10 years in the finance, hospitality, concierge, and lifestyle management industries. This experience gives us a great advantage with regards to the knowledge we have acquired as well as the development of our supplier base. We have established best practices and ways of working which benefit us, our members and our suppliers alike. In this way, we can continue to increase service levels and efficiency.

Lifestyle management is a wide-ranging personal assistance service to help our members to accomplish any task that they don't have the time or knowledge to manage themselves. With one call we can assist with all manners of requests - from finding a reliable plumber, arranging a holiday, sourcing tickets for a sold out concert, searching for the perfect gift, cleaners, dog walkers or carrying out research, whatever it is, we can help!
Lifestyle management directly addresses the issue of work/life balance faced by many people today by offering them an extra support service that allows them to delegate organisation of their personal lives. Our service frees members so that they enjoy their lives, by taking the time and stress out of expertly finding and managing reliable suppliers to do whatever they need done. Members are able to delegate any type of personal projects to an expert thereby significantly reducing the amount of time and stress needed to spend organizing it. We provide in-depth knowledge with regard to their daily lifestyle requirements as well as the peace of mind that comes with vetted suppliers. Our members are able to contact us, as many times as they like, with tasks of any level of complexity. This can also include purely research jobs. Discretion is used to prioritise jobs to ensure urgent jobs are carried out promptly according to the customer's needs. There are no hourly or time based charges. However long it takes, a member will only ever pay their membership fee plus the cost of the actual service or product. The suppliers we use are vetted so you can be assured that rogue traders can be avoided and you will receive a high level of service. Unlike other concierge companies, we do not take a commission from our suppliers, so no premiums are added to the cost to compensate for this.

These do not have be presented publicly as a Time & Knowledge service, but can be 'white labelled' under a client's branding.
